Jenny Yoo

I am a Asian-American therapist with deep roots in Georgia, shaped by more than forty years of experience within immigrant families, church communities, and early education. For eighteen years, I served as a family counselor, and later spent a decade as a K–12 private school principal. These roles allowed me to walk closely with parents, children, and families navigating cultural expectations, academic pressure, and emotional stress. These experiences taught me how deeply misunderstood many Asian-American families feel, and how powerful it can be when someone finally understands their story. My approach is warm, practical, and culturally aware, and I am passionate about helping families communicate more clearly, heal long-standing emotional wounds, and rebuild relationships with dignity and respect.
