About
My ideal client is someone who wants to become the best version of themselves, even with external influences that may try to pull them in the opposite direction. I am passionate about walking alongside people during tough seasons, helping them regain clarity, confidence, and connection.
I enjoy helping both young and old people who are struggling with their identity, anxiety, and depression. My approach is firmly grounded in their inner strength and resilience of hope, empowering them to rise like eagles above the flood that threatens to overwhelm them.
I have walked closely with individuals and families who struggled with depression, overwhelming pressure, relationship issues, and past traumas. These experiences taught me how deeply misunderstood many people feel, and how powerful it can be when someone finally understands their story.

Whether you’re walking through anxiety, grief, or low self-worth—or you’re a parent feeling helpless as your child struggles—I’m here to help.
